Harmony Liu全球倡议是第一个来自青少年委员会的倡议。

     世界和谐基金会青少年理事会呼吁，实施2030年可持续发展议程，落实2030年可持续发展目标要创新模式。更特别的是，可持续发展目标13（采取紧急行动应对气候变化）和目标14（保护和可持续利用海洋）是可持续发展目标中需要紧急协调行动的两个目标。

        因此，"世界和谐青少年倡议 "呼吁和谐、和平地利用海洋资源，不仅要使海洋免受核污染，还需要使海洋免受气候危机的影响。

       2030年可持续发展议程及其17个可持续发展目标为人类和地球在21世纪的生存制定了路线图。

        日本福岛的核灾难是当今最紧迫的环境挑战之一，因为存在用于冷却反应堆的放射性水的处置问题。   

      联合国系统有两个部分可以利用青少年问题解决者联盟来确保水不被释放到海洋中。

     国际原子能机构（IAEA）是联合国系统的一部分，用来处理所有涉及和平利用原子能的问题。教科文组织的国际水文组织（IHO）负责处理水的技术问题。

      一旦海洋被来自福岛的放射性水污染，将出现环境灾难，影响人类和大自然。放射性将弥漫在海洋和食物链中，并最终污染沿海社区的饮用水。

      我们强烈建议举办一场全球不间断的黑客马拉松，让全世界的青少年参与进来，以帮助找到解决这一潜在危机的办法。    

     我们不能等待在2026年当选第一位女性秘书长的那个时候再来解决这个问题，再拖延五年，这个废水倒入大海如果发生，将使海洋中的生命无法生存，使大陆上饮用水受到严重的污染的问题。

      我们没有备用星球，我们必须继续生活在地球上。如果青少年创造了一个和平与和谐社会的世界，我们也许能够通过科学解决福岛水的问题， 因为我们与科学家沟通过， 有科学方法解决。

     如果海洋中的生命充满了放射性，那么陆地上的生命将是不可能的。我们的食物供应，以及许多依靠捕鱼的工作，将开始消失。在世界各国，我们有大量的食物来自海洋。我们将无法食用这些食物。

     世界和谐基金会青少年倡议旨在通过 Harmony Liu的 “和谐、统一、和平的人类大家庭” 青少年伙伴关系，将所有与饮用水、气候变化和海洋有关的可持续发展目标联系起来。

世界和谐基金会青少年领袖委员会秘书长Harmony Liu（刘昕格）说：

“我们的世界已经因为Covid-19和全球变暖而遭受苦难，它不能再遭受海洋污染。我们必须采取行动去阻止海洋污染！保护地球母亲和维持人类与自然的和谐，是每个地球公民的责任！！！”

World Harmony Youth Committee Led by Harmony Liu Prepares Global Youth Appeal to Solve Fukushima Wastewater Problem

     The Harmony Liu Global Initiative is the first of its kind from a Youth Committee.

     The World Harmony Foundation Youth Committee calls for a paradigm shift to implement the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and to implement the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.  More particularly, Goals 13 – Take Urgent Action to Combat Climate Change – and Goal 14 – Conserve and Sustainably Use the Oceans and Seas, are two of the SDGs that need urgent and concerted action. 

     Thus, the World Harmony Youth Initiative calls for harmonious and peaceful use of marine resources to protect the Oceans not only from nuclear contamination, but from the impacts of the climate crisis. 

THE HARMONY LIU GLOBAL INITIATIVE TO SOLVE NUCLEAR CONTAMINATION OF THE OCEAN CAUSED BY THE FUKUSHIMA PLANT

     The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals create the roadmap for human and planetary survival in the 21st Century.

     The nuclear disaster at Fukushima, Japan, is one of the most pressing environmental challenges today, since there are problems of disposing of the radioactive water that is used to cool the reactor. 

     There are two parts of the UN system that can use an alliance of youth problem solvers to make sure the water is not released into the ocean.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is the part of the UN system that deals with all issues involving the peaceful use of atomic energy. The International Hydrology Organization (IHO) of UNESCO deals with water issues.

     In the event that oceans are contaminated with radioactive water from Fukushima, there will be an environmental catastrophe, which will affect humans and nature. The radioactivity will pervade the ocean and the food chain, and eventually contaminate drinking water in coastal communities. 

     It is highly recommended that a global non-stop hackathon, involving youth all over the world, can help to find a solution to this potential crisis.

     We cannot wait for the first woman to be elected Secretary-General in order to solve the problem that will make life in the ocean impossible, as humanity stands by as its drinking water is contaminated.

     There is no planet B or C, we must continue to live on earth. If youth create a world of peaceful and harmonious societies, we may be able, through science, to solve the problem of radioactive Fukushima Water.

     Life on land will be impossible if life in the ocean is full of radioactivity. Our food supply, and many jobs relying on fishing as well, will start to disappear. In China, there is a great deal of food from the ocean. No one will not be able to eat it.  

     The World Harmony Youth Initiative seeks to link all SDGs relating to drinking water, climate change and the ocean through Harmony Liu’s Youth Partnership for a Harmonious, Unifying and Peaceful One Human Family.
