各有关单位：
香港文化促进会是香港政府主管下的非牟利团体，過去經常举办大型文化艺术交流活动。在成功举办“2006年香港国际少年儿童文化艺术节”、“香港特别行政区成立十周年暨2007年香港国际少年儿童文化艺术节”、“2009年香港文化艺术节”、“小眼睛看大世界”
等一系列文艺交流活动之后，将于2011年7月在香港举办“2011年香港文化艺术节”，为中华传统文化跨境交流搭建桥梁，增加中华人民各地艺术文化交流，互相开阔文化视野和积累艺术经验。
素仰贵单位在文艺表演界颇具知名度，为此，特诚邀贵单位参与节目征集活动，经评审后优异作品将被邀请参加本次活动。

四、活动宗旨 : 展示中華民族艺术教育辉煌成果，推动和谐社會文化建设，
促进全球文化艺术事业的交流。
五、节目及征集形式: 合唱、器乐、舞蹈节目等

六、征集对象: 幼儿园、小中高学校、少年宫、群众、老年文艺团体、社会艺术培训机构等
七、节目报送办法 : 将节目制作成影视档案上载 或 制作成DVD光盘，特快专递邮寄到组委会。
及填写下列节目参评登记表，使用电子文件传至本会。
八、节目注意及要求: 1．所有节目不收参评参展费。
2．小组组合, 每组成员不少于10人
3．各类节目每个不超过4分钟，3分钟为佳，每单位限报送3个节目以內。
4．所有选送节目光盘或材料恕不退回，组委会有宣传权和处置权。
九、节目评选及获奖 : 所有报送节目均需通过香港专业评审,
作品優異者將獲邀參與2011年
7月份在香港演出展演，并將获得由“香港特别行政区文化艺术活动
筹备委员会”及“香港文化促进会”共同颁发的相关奖项或证书。

2011 Hong Kong Cultural and Arts Festival】
Program Solicitation
Group Leader:
Our Society
will be under the authority of the Hong Kong Government's non-profit
organizations, used to organize large-scale cultural exchange activities. In the
success of "2006 Hong Kong International Children's Culture and Art Festival",
"the tenth anniversary of the Hong Kong SAR & 2007 Hong Kong International
Cultural and Art Festival", "Hong Kong Culture and Art Festival 2009", "small
eyes World" After a series of cultural exchange activities, in July 2011 will be
held in Hong Kong "2011 Hong Kong Culture and Art Festival " for building
bridges of communication across borders of different cultures, people and
cultural exchanges to increase around each other and broaden cultural horizons
and accumulation of Arts experience.
We invite your organization to
participate in program solicitation, after excellent work by the review will be
invited to participate in this event.

5, Programs and collection forms : Singing, Instrumental music, Dance, etc. (Video File)
6,Collection object : kindergarten, small middle and high schools, the
Children's Palace, the elderly art groups,
community arts training
institutions, etc.
7,Approach : The program made into a movie file upload or made into a DVD disc,
express mail to the organizing committee. Program eligible, and fill out
the following registration form, the use of electronic documents transmitted to
the Council.
8, Attention and program requirements:
1. PARTICIPATING all programs do not charge participation
fees.
2. Combination group, each member not less than 10.
3. Various programs each no more than 4 minutes, 3 minutes better, not more
than three programs.
4. All programs should select CD-ROM or material will not be refunded, the
committee has the right
of publicity and disposal.
9,Selection and award-winning programs:
All programs are required to submit the assessment by the Hong Kong
professional, excellent work in 2011 will be invited to participate July show in
Hong Kong staged, and will receive from "The
Hong Kong Culture Promotion Society " issued by the relevant award or
certificate.
